3.1 API keys

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from third-party AI providers.
• Securing your API keys and not sharing them with others.
• All costs associated with API usage charged by third-party providers.
• Complying with the terms of service of each AI provider you connect to.

3.2 Acceptable use

You agree to use LinguaAI only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

04 / Third-party servicesProviders have their own terms.

4.1 AI providers

LinguaAI facilitates connections to third-party AI services. LinguaAI is not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of responses from AI providers.
• Costs incurred from using AI provider services.
• Changes to API pricing, terms, or availability by AI providers.
• The content of responses generated by AI models.

Your use of third-party AI services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

4.2 Apple services

Features such as iCloud sync, Apple Shortcuts integration, and in-app purchases are provided by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's terms of service.

05 / Intellectual propertyWho owns what.

5.1 App ownership

LinguaAI, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by the Provider and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your content

You retain all rights to content you create or process using the App. LinguaAI does not claim ownership of your prompts, conversations, or any other content you generate.

06 / Subscription & paymentApp Store, refunds, API costs.

6.1 App purchase

LinguaAI may be available for purchase through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple according to their terms.

6.2 Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy. LinguaAI does not directly process refunds.

6.3 API costs

The purchase price of LinguaAI does not include API usage costs from third-party providers. You are solely responsible for all charges from AI providers.

07 / DisclaimersNo warranties, and AI is not always right.

7.1 No warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 AI accuracy

AI models may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content. LinguaAI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI responses.

7.3 Service availability

There is no guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

08 / Limitation of liabilityCaps on responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of servers.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Any errors or omissions in any content.
• Any content generated by third-party AI services.

09 / IndemnificationHolding us harmless.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another party.
• Content you create or process using the App.

11 / Changes to termsWhen this document is updated.

These Terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12 / TerminationBy you, by us.

12.1 By you

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.

12.2 By LinguaAI

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
